Instructions to authors

1- First of all, you need to open a personal account for yourself (if you don't have an account before).

2- Click on the “ My deposits (my submissions) ” box and carefully follow the required steps.

A - Concerning   1 Metadata

Type Space*

The author must choose the type of participation

For authors belonging to universities located less than 300 km from the University of Relizane, the choice is limited only to the Oral or the Poster, participation must therefore be done in person.

As for the main authors who belong to universities located more than 300 km from the University of Relizane, they can choose one of the four proposed: Oral/poster in person or Oral online: so you have the choice of participate either in person or online.

B - Concerning the Author(s) space

This step is considered very important, therefore we ask you to complete it with the greatest care, so that all authors are added in order, if applicable, specifying in detail the affiliation.

To add an author, click Enter an author (+)

To add an affiliation, click Add Affiliation

C- Regarding File space

Please download the Summary Template and insert it in the “choose a file” box
